ordered crib directly from Kalon and it arrived missing parts. ordered matching dresser which arrived broken. currently 2 months after my initial order and still waiting on some replacement parts which I am supposed to replace.

Love the crib--super cute and well made but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The crib was delivered after 12 weeks and Kalon could not give me any information on when the crib would arrive. The stated delivery time was 6-8 weeks. If you want this crib, be sure to order WELL in advance.

I took a chance after reading the horrible reviews on Kalon Studios and ordered their Caravan Crib in green for our newborn. I spent the weeks after until arrived worrying I had made an expensive mistake, but honestly, I have nothing but great things to say about the crib and Kalon. They were very upfront that as their product is handmade, it takes a while to produce it and ship. They have a disclaimer regarding this on their website that you have to agree to when ordering. I think it took about 8 weeks (+) for our crib to arrive, but I found this in line with any other large nursery item (glider, etc), so I wasn't surprised.The crib arrived well packaged (no damage), and had all parts. It was simple to put together, and it looks stunning. It is very well made, very sturdy. The color is an "acid green" I'd say. I paired it with the Nook pebble mattress (their recommendation) and the best part about it is our baby loves it. Looking forward to her using it as a toddler, and I'll be ordering the toddler rails to complete this product.
