Overall - very attractive, sturdy, & versatile cradle. On the pricier side, though excellent quality. Exceptional customer service.Pros:1. Incredibly sturdy. Much sturdier than any other cradle I looked at, including GFA's other models. I think this has something to do with the fact that it's rated to support up to 200 lbs as a child's loveseat, rather than the typical 25-50 lbs other cradles/mini cribs are meant to hold. Obviously, you won't be using it as a cradle at those weights, but it does make for a sturdy product. I believe it's made from solid birch (I did ask before I purchased, but don't quote me on it). The mattress platform (plywood) is supported by two solid beams of wood rather than one flimsy stabilizing metal bar you often see in other cradles.2. Easy assembly, smart construction. Took me ~1/2 h by myself while eight months pregnant. The screws insert into metal anchors in the wood, which I think is nice so you don't end up stripping the wood. This is especially important when you consider you'll probably be disassembling/reassembling it to make it into a short toy crib or loveseat and back to a cradle for future babies.3. Versatile. Can be used as a stationary mini-crib, mini-crib on wheels (two of the included casters are locking casters), a rocking cradle, a kid's loveseat/bench, or a twin bed. Personally, I think it's a little on the large side to be mobile, but definitely small enough to easily maneuver through doors, etc. Very happy to have found a cradle that can be used for more than just a few months.4. Customer service is excellent. I really wanted to see this crib in person before I purchased it, however, it's a relatively new product and they didn't have any in stores in the Atlanta, GA area. Before I ordered, I called customer service and actually spoke directly to the designer and was in email correspondence with the owner before I felt confident enough to order it sight unseen. They also directed me to the website where it could be purchased for the best price at the time. I did, unfortunately, receive a cradle with a minor manufacturer's defect - I heard back from the owner immediately and received a replacement part within four business days.Cons:1. Rockers and the optional drawer are separate purchases, as is the twin bed conversion kit. Out of those, it would be nice if the rockers had been included since it is being sold as a cradle.2. Mattress. It's a 1" Colgate mattress made of polyurethane foam and covered in vinyl. I'd prefer if cradle companies skipped the mattress, reduced costs, & let customers purchase their own mattresses as I won't be using this one.3. You can either use the rockers or the casters. One has to be removed to install the other, so not ideal if you want a mobile rocking cradle.4. Aesthetically, I don't like how you can see the screw heads from the side of the otherwise decorative-looking legs. The screws are bronze colored, so less noticeable, and no screws are visible from the front or the back. This is a minor complaint, as it is still a beautiful cradle.Other: In case anyone else is wondering, the crib is ~ 37" tall, 43" widest width, 20.5" deep. The height from the mattress platform to the top of the railing is 15.5".Bottom line, I'm very pleased with this purchase & I would highly recommend this piece to anyone interested in purchasing a cradle.

I agree with pretty much everything L. Young posted.This is a versatile, sturdy, attractive cradle thatI am so pleased to have purchased. We ordered thewhite and have used it for 6 months with our son.We did have one small issue with one of the supportslats being too short, customer service was prompt,nice and we received a replacement very quickly.Now that our son is moving to his crib, we plan touse this in our living room to hold all the randomtoys and such that seems to collect there. It isso much nicer than a plastic bucket or basket.I also wish they would include the rockers, I wouldprefer to have the rockers instead of the mattress,which I didn't use at all.

This cradle is for the parent, like myself, who is short on space and who is looking for a modern looking cradle. The only negative is that once the baby starts to stand up around 5 -6 months you can no longer use it. Which is a waste because the product is so expensive.
